DCI — Deep Context Inquiry
AI 기반 심층맥락탐구. 기존 여론조사가 "찬성 57%, 반대 43%"처럼 결과만 보여준다면, DCI는 "왜 반대하는가, 그 아래 어떤 경험과 구조가 있는가"를 탐구합니다. 참여자가 자신의 일화를 AI와의 대화를 통해 이야기하면, AI가 맥락을 탐구하고, 수많은 참여자의 일화에서 패턴을 추출합니다. 이 패턴이 CPS의 출발점이 됩니다. 한 번의 질문과 답변으로 끝나지 않습니다 — 참여자 A의 대화에서 새로운 질문이 생기고, 그 질문이 다음 참여자에게 더 깊은 탐구를 열어줍니다.AI-powered Deep Context Inquiry. Where traditional surveys show "57% for, 43% against," DCI asks "Why are they against it? What experiences and structures lie beneath?" Participants share their stories through AI dialogue; the AI explores context and extracts patterns from many participants' stories. These patterns become the starting point for CPS. "저희들의 작은 출발이 시작됩니다." 여야 국회의원과 정·재계 전문가 70여 명이 중국 대륙을 향해 출발했습니다. 비행 7,000km, 육상 4,000km — 장강경제권과 주강델타경제권의 11개 도시를 14일간 횡단하며, 인공위성 자료로 거시적으로 조망하고 뒷골목 사람들을 만나는 미시적 접근을 동시에 시도한 전례 없는 여정이었습니다. 매일 현지에서 토론하고 인터넷으로 중계했습니다. 이 여정에서 만난 윌리엄 라이백 홍콩 금융감독국 수석 부총재를 금감원 부원장으로 영입 추진한 것이 실질적 정책 성과로 이어졌으며, 대장정의 기록은 원자바오 중국 총리에게 직접 전달되었습니다.
이동 경로: 성도→중경→무한→소주→항주→의오→상해→광주→마카오→주해→심천→홍콩"Our small beginning starts now." Korea built world-class hardware over 40 years. But why does it still hesitate at the threshold of advanced-nation status? This video declares that national power is determined not by military might but by economic efficiency and software-level capability.
Redesigning Korea — "Even if just one person watches with a sense of mission, that's enough." The first current-affairs film by a Korean politician. Produced in-house, it was used as video testimony in the National Assembly Budget Committee and became mandatory viewing for senior officials. Currently held in the National Assembly Library. This indie spirit led to the Independent Circle and evolved into Active Neutrality in 2026.
여야 15명의 초당적 모임 — 한나라당 김덕룡·황우여·유승민, 통합민주당 이승희·신학용·원혜영 등. Active Neutrality의 원형이 되었습니다.A bipartisan group of 15 lawmakers — including Kim Deok-ryong, Hwang Woo-yea, Yoo Seung-min (GNP) and Lee Seung-hee, Shin Hak-yong, Won Hye-young (UDP). This became the prototype of Active Neutrality.

언어 이전의 사고Thought Before Language
아인슈타인은 말했습니다. "글로 쓰이거나 말로 표현되는 언어의 단어들은 제 사고과정에서 아무런 역할을 하지 않는 것 같습니다." 그의 사고 요소는 "시각적이고 일부는 근육적인 유형"이었습니다. 인간은 단어로 생각하지 않습니다. 감각으로 생각합니다. 문제를 풀 때 뇌는 단어 대신 끌림 점을 만들어내고, 마치 산과 계곡, 고원과 늪이 있는 개념적 지형을 따라 이동합니다.Einstein said: "Words, as they are written or spoken, do not seem to play any role in my mechanism of thought." His thinking elements were "of visual and some of muscular type." Humans don't think in words — they think in sensations. When solving problems, the brain creates attractors rather than words, moving through a conceptual terrain of mountains, valleys, and plateaus.

토큰 최대화의 함정The Tokenmaxxing Trap
AI 생태계는 "토큰 최대화(tokenmaxxing)"에 매몰되어 있습니다. 엔비디아 CEO 젠슨 황은 "토큰 한도를 소진하지 않는다면 CAD 없이 연필로 설계하는 칩 설계자와 같다"고 말합니다. GPU, 거대 데이터센터, 압도적 전력량 — 영어문화권은 토큰 규모에 매몰된 생태계를 향해 달려왔습니다. 그러나 "토큰을 많이 사용할수록 더 많은 가치를 제공한다"는 생각은 사고와 언어의 관계를 왜곡합니다. 단어는 더 풍부한 무언가를 압축하는 손실 있는 표현입니다.The AI ecosystem is trapped in "tokenmaxxing." Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says engineers not exhausting token limits are "like chip designers using pencils instead of CAD." GPUs, massive data centers, overwhelming power consumption — the English-speaking world has been racing toward a token-scale-obsessed ecosystem. But the belief that "more tokens equals more value" distorts the relationship between thought and language. Words are lossy compression of something far richer.

한자문화권의 복합성The Complexity of the Sinosphere
한자는 상형(象形), 지사(指事), 회의(會意), 형성(形聲), 전주(轉注), 가차(假借)의 육서(六書)로 구성됩니다. 이것만으로도 표음문자인 영어가 도저히 따라갈 수 없는 복합성을 확보합니다. 자강헌은 한자문화권이 영어문화권과의 AI 발전 경쟁에서 승리할 것이라고 주장합니다. Deep Seek의 출현이 그 신호탄이었습니다.Chinese characters comprise six principles (六書): pictographic, indicative, associative, phono-semantic, derivative, and phonetic loan. This alone secures a complexity that phonetic alphabets cannot match. Jagangheon argues the Sinosphere will prevail over the Anglosphere in AI development. DeepSeek's emergence was the opening signal.
